But if it’s not about the size then why mention it. I agree with the others that you’re not a size 4. Maybe just say these pants are 3 -4 sizes smaller tha you used to be rather than give the actual size if it doesn’t matter as you said.

I am a size 4 too. I don’t think I look like a 4. But it’s definitely what the pants say. I use to be a 12/14 so I’m proud of myself either way. 😊

The only reason why people are stuck on the size 4 is because you mentioned that exact size and you don’t look like a size 4 at all. You look great btw. Your mind will catch up with the weight loss. It takes a long time and you may always have flashbacks, keep doing what you are doing. It’s working.

I was a tight 24, and am now 2.... yet I still keep thinking I need to lose more. I have even had 2 skin removal surgeries!! I totally get body dysmorphia!!

Same here. I was an 18/20 pant and a 2xl top and now I’m a size 12 pant and a large top and sometimes I don’t feel comfortable in clothes.
