What if when I ask for help from him may it be the laundry or cleaning the house or dishes it’s always “ you don’t need my help you just want it why do I need to stop what I’m doing to help you when you’re fully capable of doing so” what do I do in this situation? I know I don’t NEED the help but I want him to participate in this relationship and household and I feel like it would take the weight off my shoulders if he did help when I asked or if I don’t have to ask at all
