Do not worry about your challenges with gravity for I assure you mine are greater. I have a structural (fixed) very severe 85 degree curve in the middle of my spine due to a crushed wedge shaped T10 vertebrae. I ignored it for 20 years until it almost took my life out. My midsection had compressed so much from the structural collapse it was choking out my digestive and lymphatic system. I started taking my posture seriously. I realized the strength I had at the time was being generated from a coordination of compensations. Muscles that went to work to pick up the slack and prevent further collapse.
