100% agree with this. Funny enough, I’ve heard from multiple people that so much of this film feels like a shot for shot remake of the Mark Kerr documentary (haven’t seen the doc myself, yet)

I really liked it ! I feel like it’s an easy watch, super funny and tragic at times and it’s absolutely beautiful shot. I think it’s cool how both Safdie bros are doing a sports movie year. I wonder who will end up having the “better” movie overall.

I really enjoyed this as a film, but I'd say it's a film for people who aren't used to this kind of film and want to slowly get into deeper films.
