I think 13 Reasons Why is also a good one because it's very self explanatory and it also entered the cultural zeitgeist as being a way of telling people you're ON THE EDGE when you say "this is my 13th reason"

I hate the title Grey’s Anatomy. I really dislike when the show title is a word play on the character’s name - Saving Grace, Judging Amy, etc. But Schitt’s Creek isn’t that. The main characters are the Roses.

In universe “Doctor who?” is the oldest question in the universe. The Doctor’s real name is a mystery that basically no one knows the answer to. The Doctor has roamed the universe for thousands of years saving people everywhere they go and only using that one mysterious name. Everyone knows the Doctor but no one knows who he/she is. It’s also mentioned in the show once that in many galaxies, the reason healers are called doctors is because of him.

Doctor Who got a bit of a bigger explanation in later seasons, but it's mostly just because it goes 'I'm the Doctor?' and they always respond 'doctor who?' followed by something like 'just the doctor'

Agree with Arrested Development - it’s a family where they’re all emotionally underdeveloped, but also, the story kicks off with the patriarch being arrested. Also, double entendre literally translates as “hear twice”, it doesn’t have to be rude.

I think the difference is between twilight zone and black mirror is - when used in speech, you refer to ‘oh it’s like we’ve entered an episode of black mirror’ whereas twilight zone is that infamous that you don’t refer to what it is is ‘oh it’s like we’ve entered the twilight zone’
