Wrong. Health doesn’t improve. Once you’ve let it get too far there’s no coming back. I’m stuck with chronic, lifelong panic disorder and agoraphobia. Ain’t no magic cure for that.

so true! my period seized while with him, palpitations, high BP, I got older, anxiety order of the day, my complexion very dull, I was looking pale ... now my period is regular, high BP gone, anxiety gone, I now sleep like a baby, I got younger,flowing more than I've ever did even before I met him. I thank God for my life cos I almost lost it🥹

Therapists see only the victims, but never perpetrators. Unless it's court ordered. How can this be changed, effectively? It feels like so many people are hurting.... Why isn't mental health as mandatory, as vaccination from the childbirth????

if i didn't have to deal with the father of my kids my health would improve.. leaving a narcissistic relationship is the first step but still having that person in your life because you have kids with them is something else and prevents your healing. but this is what they want they don't want your life your improve...they want you to continue to live in hell... even when they are not in your home

life changing to remove a narcassist! my life changed DRASTICALLY. I feel sooooo good! And they have zero accountability for the devastation they cause. My ex has destroyed so many women emotionally financially and physically....with barely a slap on his hand

Unfortunately as you mentioned, there are logistics involved… you cannot remove it completely. And then trying to answer the world around you is even more tiresome. I feel like vomiting, even imagining that I will have to convince people around me about my decisions. You are never the same person anymore. 😢

I still can't sleep, but my auto immune disease has gone into remission. This happened within 2 months of leaving him. I feel like a new person, fight or flight keeps me from sleeping through/falling asleep
