It makes me cringe when they hit it against the concrete! My kids haven’t done that since 8u but I’ve witnessed a couple kids slam 400-500 brand new bats on the concrete

Kinda like watching a hockey stick snap in the middle of the game and your child casually goes and grabs his 2nd of 3 $400 sticks he brings to each game. 😩

It’s me 🍁 :
There are kids on my sons old ball team that would smash their bats on the ground if they struck out or didn’t hit. I yelled at them all the time “your mother paid $500 for that bat!!!”
