Adonan biang: Masak 2 sdm tepung tapioka dengan air panas sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hingga mengental seperti lem. 3. Campur adonan: Masukkan adonan biang ke dalam campuran tepung kering. Aduk rata hingga bisa dipulung (jika terlalu kering, tambahkan sedikit air panas). 4. Bentuk cireng: Ambil adonan, bentuk pipih bulat atau sesuai selera. 5. Goreng: Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang, goreng cireng sampai matang dan renyah, jangan terlalu lama agar tidak keras. 6.
