Most things that get you ripped taste disgusting This isn’t one of those things This is 3 minute cheesy beef tacos for weight loss To a small tortilla add 60g lean beef mince and smush it out Season with paprika and salt Add to a pan on high heat Seasoning the wrap with paprika After 30s flip Add a tbsp low fat mozzarella And fold so it melts Then for the magic part Melt another tbsp mozzarella in the plan And place the tortilla on top Wait 20s and then try not to have an orgasm For the cool sauce chuck in 4 tbsp fat free greek yoghurt 2 tbsp soured cream 1 tbsp lemon juice And some chopped dill The whole bowl of sauce is just 224 calories 10 servings So just 20 calories a serving
In Islam, our mothers hold the highest place of honor and respect. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that “Paradise lies beneath the feet of mothers.” This means serving, respecting, and caring for our mothers is one of the greatest ways to gain Allah’s pleasure. A mother’s love, sacrifice, and endless patience cannot be measured. She carried us before birth, nurtured us with care, and continues to guide us with her prayers and wisdom. Islam teaches us that after worshipping Allah, the next most important duty is kindness to parents, especially the mother. When a man once asked the Prophet ﷺ, “Who deserves my good companionship the most?” The Prophet replied, “Your mother.” He asked again, and the answer was the same — “Your mother.” Even the third time, the answer remained, “Your mother.” Only on the fourth time did he say, “Your father.” This shows the unmatched value of mothers in Islam. Honoring them is not just love — it is an act of worship. 💡 Remember: serving your mother brings blessings, her dua (prayer) brings success, and her happiness brings you closer to Jannah.
