I’ve been veggie for 6 years and have just cut diary and eggs out of my diet, the first vegan cheese I tried was the cathedral city one and It honestly smelt like an infected foot 😭😂 I’ll have to try some of these ones!

4/5 for violife is crazy that is the worst vegan cheese (apart from sheeze which is absolutely dog) - cathedrals the best by farrrrr and will change your life

nooo I love the asda one! its great on pasta bake 😂 the cathedral city is life changing but doesn't melt as well as id like

cathedral city cheese is great unmelted.. i like it in sandwiches a lot,, parveggio from m&s is my FAVE vegan parmesan! i have it on pasta & risottos all the time 😻 & whatever cheese they put on pizza express vegan pizzas is, so far, the best melted vegan cheese ive had!! tastes fab and isnt sticky 🫶🏽🫶🏽

the only ones i find edible really are the la fauxmagerie ones in waitrose, they’re nut based. i only really buy them on special occasions cos they’re expensive. also the lidl parmesan was great (RIP)

agreed on all scores. Cathedral City cheese absolutely stinks but it's the closest thing I've found to actual cheese. if you can put up with the smell it's worth it!
