getting less than 48 hours notice for anything is going to make me panic, even if it's something I want and like. my brain needs time to prepare and can't handle last minute plans without getting exhausted or frustrated

can u tell this to my job too. im so sick of them calling me on my day off and asking if i can come in, in an hour. i say no but it still puts me in a panic mindset for the whole rest of my day and its hard for me to calm down after and then my whole day off is spent in stress mode
