not gonna lie you can say its skill issue but I've failed to the time limit so many times going with Ai hunters . Ive hit him with almost all environmental damage and broke 3 of his legs. idk what im doing wrong and with no deaths. im genuinely tweaking out here.

A note, the clone will always target the quest poster. If that's you, stand near a cactuar when it spawns and paralyze it, or slinger a morbol to call it over. Helped me a lot.

Slice type weapons should aim for the back legs. Blunt goes for head and front legs. They react differently to those types of damage.

note to tanks the ice attack can be blocked if you time it right with good positioning you can also lead the block to a power clash for extra damage

Random note for the clone bubble once you kill it. It can tank 1 mustard bomb without breaking.

i can now beat the normal version consistently with support hunters. savage is too hard for me tho... a single mistake and a follow-up attack will hit me and the time limit is so short

He forgot to mention that Omega and Savage Omega are weak to thunder weapons. Any Lagi weapon works really well for this fight. So try and see if you can slot in thunder resistance to take advantage of the convert thunder resistance ability on all rarity 8 lagi weapons
