literally will sit staring at trees going"I need to do this, get up and do it" - plus having narcolepsy on top of it is a double oof. but I don't feel anxious about anything- I feel nothing. but 8 hrs will go by and I'll wash the one pot in the sink that I didn't do all day.

Everyone experiences this, they just named it. I have to travel for work and have to pack all my same stuff for the 30 days out and I always wait until the last hour before my Uber shows up to take me to the airport 😆. I know what day im leaving 2 weeks before I leave and think about it every day

I moved into my home almost 8 years ago and I still haven’t unpacked all of my boxes. I just can’t seem to unpack those boxes. I see them every day. It kills me, but I cannot unpack the boxes and fully moved into my home. I also can’t make phone calls.
