You described it perfectly! They will literally be 3 legged lame and you’ll think they need it cut off.🤣 The other reason it’s important to pack it and draw it down is bc it can abscess blow out at the coronet band and that’s a really long recovery. What do you use to pack? I use either ichthammol or Mag paste.

So just for my education would shoes be helpful to keep the sole from getting injured to begin with. Do they not shoe donkeys/mini’s. Not being critical just really do t know and would like to be educated.

I have HS which means I deal with boils a lot. they r the worst and do HURT omg they can be so painful I feel so bad for poor Dolly I couldn't imagine one on my foot. id be just like her refusing to walk.
