Sancocho 🇩🇴 Recipe ⬇️ Welcome to the first official Episode of CookingWitD, cooking w/ Artist!!!! Buenooo, we just getting started. This will be a non scripted series featuring anyone who wants to come on CookingWitD!!! One of my biggest passions and things I love in this world besides food is music and we finally gon tap into that! We gon talk bout whatever, drink whatever, eto eh alofoke! Perooo, most importantly we gon cook some popping food, The Dominican Way 🇩🇴 bueno, my way! & Enjoyyy!!! On today’s episode Dominican Recording Artist @Dariel Amant born and raised in Passaic NJ pero now lives in Harleeemmmmm!!!!!! Andddd he’s Dominican! You might have heard his viral trending song “Romeo y Julieta” amongst others on IG! Pero go listen to his music and watch us cook this Sancocho 🇩🇴 This really one of them dishes we have to thank all the ancestors for. Sancocho is a rich flavorful stew made outta everything! It’s a staple in many parts of Latino America and the Caribbean cuz we’re really more alike than we think! It is also Panama 🇵🇦 national dish! Here’s how I made it: Traditionally a sancocho is made using many different meats like beef, pork, chicken, goat, ect. And also using many different root vegetables like platanos, yuca, auyama ect. Pero you can make it using any meats you want. Just make sure to add some type of smoked meat in there and you good. You also want to use auyama (West Indian pumkin or calabassa) as this is what gives it that nice color. Recipe: Chicken with bones (remove skin unless it’s wings) Beef for stew Smoked pork ribs Sofrito Smashed garlic Bkack pepper Salt to taste Dominican oregano Sazon & Adobo Limon A whole lot of water 2 chicken bouillon Platanos Yuca Auyama Onions Green bell pepper Cilantro Naranja agria [como hacer sancocho dominicano, how to make Dominican sancocho stew, Dominican stew recipe, how to make sancocho, sancocho con arroz blanco y aguacte] . . #cookingwitd #sancocho #dominicanfood #stews #chickenstew
