Because it’s inflammatory and mimics thyroid tissue, which can trigger more immune confusion. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭. Because they’re loaded with additives and seed oils that drive inflammation and mess with gut health. 𝐀𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧.
