I know ur tired and all, but tbh it wouldn't hurt to have like a hobby or something that u really like doing outside of gaming after work. U don't even have to do it every day, just something to do when games get dry and ur mental health worsens. What I'd do to find stuff I'm interested in is a little of everything. Try reading manga one day to ease into reading fiction. Look up lyrics for songs u like and try singing them to urself. 2 sentence horror stories can help with writing too. Don't be scared to chatgpt new hobbies if u need to either. Abstinence also helps get things moving cuz it gives passive motivation. There's a lot of stuff out there, the first step is leaving your comfort zone
