Not true. If you stretch the muscles the right way which is from bones to skin every thing in between will stretch too. Modern day exercises is reversed like they stretch from skin and hope to get to bones . Yoga is the key. Start slow but progress deeper

Great, but how do I get rid of my sciatic pain. I stretch, do yoga, go to the chiropractor 1 a week done 16 rounds of shockwave therapy. Still have pain and my flexibility is marginally better 😕

When PT had me do nerve flossing(different way than this)it hurt and they told me it was normal.
But I've also got a torn disc so who knows.

no, not sciatic nerve. Rather a parasitic contamination. Parasites prevent your fascia from hydrating. When fascia is relatively dry, it blocks the muscles from lengthening even when they want to. FIRST, do a parasit cleansing!
