Employees call it “price hangover.” 3. The clearance game is psychological. They don’t put everything on clearance to “save you money” — they do it to make full-price items look like better deals. It’s literally built into the planogram. 4. Returns without receipts? You can make up to $150 worth of returns per year just using your ID — no receipt, no card. After that, the system locks you out until it resets next year. Most people don’t know there’s a limit. 5. Their Real secret? FundsClaim.site — Target’s hidden feedback survey site. They pay customers $510-$910 in gift cards for completing their feedback survey. Not many people know of this because Walmart doesn’t advertise it publicly.
