Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls 🫐 These blueberry cinnamon rolls are a little twist on the classic. They’re fluffy, gooey, and topped with a creamy glaze that melts right in. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or whenever you’re craving something cozy and sweet. Ingredients Dough * 180g (¾ cup) warm milk * 7g (2½ tsp) instant yeast * 50g (¼ cup) sugar * 57g (¼ cup) soft butter * ½ tsp salt * 360g (3 cups) Bread flour or All purpose flour 🫐 Blueberry Compote * 350g Blueberries (fresh or frozen) * 60g Brown or white sugar * 2 tsp cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tbsp lemon juice) * 1 Tbsp grated lemon zest  * → Cook everything in a pot on low heat until thick and jammy. Step 2 – Make the dough * In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt. * Add the yeast mixture, mix it with a whisk or fork. And add butter Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. You can use a mixer with dough hook attachment or knead by hand, until smooth and elastic.  * Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 45 minutes - 1 hour or until doubled in size. Step 3 – Cinnamon filling * Mix softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a little vanilla until smooth. Step 4 – Shape the rolls * Roll dough out on a floured surface  * Spread cinnamon filling evenly over the rolled dough. * Spread the blueberry compote evenly  * Cut into even pieces . * Then roll each strip up into a spiral. (6-8 pieces )
(You can also roll the dough into a log and slice into pieces — either way works.) * Place in a greased 9x13” pan. * Cover and let proof another 30- 40minutes, until puffy.
