My ex woke up looking beautiful with curly hair and a smile on her face, she would giggle and laugh then she would go straighten her hair and plaster on the orange makeup and turn within 30 mins into something I felt alien from. Such a horrible lunatic it now I’m rid of

As someone who recently got diagnosed with BPD I can confirm having this explains a lot I have noticed I have been a narcissist or shown traits of it! I’m not proud of it but I’m trying every day to make that change. I don’t wish to be this way and I’m not asking for sympathy from anyone but I’m putting it out there to others to know it’s ok to accept it behaviour and admit to it as it’s the first step of changing ❤

I believe I've encountered the worst narcissistic woman of all. Everyone talks about a narcissist but after what I've experienced, no one else's story comes close. I had a step daughter who was brought up to call me Daddy. She knew I was step dad but I was privileged to be called her dad. My ex and I split when step daughter was 6 years old and I carried on seeing my step daughter for another 3 years. She was used as a weapon against me. I fought in court for 2 years to try and see my step daughter again as we had a close bond but she was poisoned against me. I had domestic violence allegations thrown against me, all of which I proved false. 5 and a half years after the initial break up, my ex is still slandering my name and putting photos of me and my name online. Police don't wanna know. I've recently started therapy only to find out, I was the one that was abused. Abused physically, emotionally, financially, sexually, cohesive behaviour, gas lighted and manipulated. How the hell I'm still going, I honestly don't know!

My ex came off shy sweet and innocent. Spent four years with her. Meant on twitter and I took the bait. Two weeks after meeting at my house. The end was awful would only text me. I know there was another man. I got called disrespectful because I asked. Everything I told her about me was used against me in the end. She learned me. I said o like girls with curly hair to a friend she came down stairs the next day with curly hair. I was called a narcissist. She lived two hours away

You make it so simple to understand. Thanks. Unfortunately i lived with a narcissist woman for 20 long years. I kept my children with me but She continues to ask the court for contact with my children. Through her various bad behaviors, I managed to convince the court that she is a dangerous woman. However, I have not been able to prove so far that she is a narcissist.
