digimon's designs are less memorable, while pokemon's designs are made to be likable and thus memorable, for example i cannot name much digimon outside of my favorites but if you show me a random pokemon then i most likely know the name, if not then i'll at least know what evolution line its in

pokemon is rated For anyone 10 and up, so they CANNOT have certain designs which is why the pokemon are simple. y'all need to learn how businesses run things

Most (not all) Digimon designs look more like Mythicals/Legendaries in Pokemon games than most Mythicals/Legendaries in new Pokemon games. 🥲 I will say as a diehard fan of both that there is something more relaxing about Pokemon's designs. But Digimon just has stronger designs as a whole.

I love both sm but people in the pokemon team needs to brainstorm their brains more. Imagine a pokemon that’s literally a key? Gybaooh. And the crocodile umph. Give us more blaziken and infernape like designs!!
