@judas.rose: Please seek out the help you need if its possible, safely leave when you see that window open. Survivors most dangerous time is when they choose to leave their Oppressor. Have those, if any you can trust keep you safe and away. It is easier said than done. I would know, I have been there pretty much all my life from Csa/Parental Ab*se, to spouse DV long term on every account. Its truly a miracle that I made it out at all. But it IS possible. You deserve a safe and beautiful life, it isnt normal to be treated so poorly and have your body on constant high alert for what can happen next.
