Dough should be smooth and tacky but not sticky.  Cover the dough and let it rise for 15 minutes.  After 15 minutes the dough should be doubled in size. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a large rectangle (about 15in x 12in x 1in).  Spread butter on dough. Evenly sprinkle cinnamon/sugar over dough.  Cut into 8 strips or roll into log and slice. Slightly twist dough strips then roll strips into a roll. Place in a lightly greased pan.  Cover rolls and let rise for 20-25 mins.  Bake at 375°F for 18-20 minutes.  Make glaze by mixing together the sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, and cream till smooth.  Top the warm rolls with the maple glaze.  Let cool slightly or enjoy the maple glazed cinnamon rolls right away.  Store in airtight container.
