Ingredients: * 1.5 cups rolled oats * 1/2 cup canned pumpkin * ¼ cup avocado oil * 2 eggs * 2 tsp vanilla extract * 1 tbsp cinnamon * 1 tbsp almond butter * 1 ripe banana * ¼ cup @oikos vanilla Greek yogurt * 1/3 cup honey * 1 tsp baking soda * 1 tsp baking powder * ¼ tsp salt Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a loaf pan with @chosenfoods avocado oil 2. Blend oats to a flour texture 3. In a large bowl, whisk the oat flor with the rest of the ingredients 4. Add batter to pan 6. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 7.
