the only way people should speak is if you constantly go to PR and spend money locally. if not sit back and stay quiet. if you go and spend money at Burger kings and McDonald tour not contributing. you must shop local and not go to the big gas companies every thing must be spent on the locals and mom and pop stores. no malls or other shops.
