Uh we sleep trained for sanity okkk and bc she was not getting proper rest at all. I think it’s an incredible thing to teach a child. We teach them everything else…

She is saying co sleeping but I think means room sharing, not surface sharing. SIDS prevention guidelines and safe sleep recommendations are almost universal for high income countries.

I do what my baby needs. I let her lead me and I learn her cues and her needs. It’s not about what I want or need. If she wants to sleep then she sleeps, if she wants more food then I feed her, I just do what she needs.
