@thehungrycoder: Chapli Kebab - 2 lb beef keema - 1 cup Cilantro - 1 medium tomato chopped - 1 cup Onion - 5-6 chopped green chilies - 2tsp ginger paste or chopped ginger - 2tsp garlic paste or chopped garlic - 3 tbsp besan (gram flour) - 2 eggs Ground Spices: - 1tbsp Cumin powder - 1tbsp Coriander seeds crushed or powder - 2tsp Garam masala - Salt to taste - 1tbsp Red chili flakes - 1tsp black pepper - 2tsp red chili powder - 1tsp Amchur Powder - 1tbsp any Kabab masala (optional) Method: - Combine all the ingredients with the meat and let it rest for 30 minutes before frying. - If not frying right away, freeze the mixture and use it later throughout the week. - Heat oil in a pan. - Shape the mixture into rounds and flatten each with a spatula. - Fry for about 3 minutes on each side. - Avoid frying for too long, as this can overcook and dry out the meat. - Garnish with cilantro or mint and green chilies. - Serve with paratha or pulao as a side dish. . . #chaplikebab #kabab #hosting #hostingtips #Recipe
