Those notices are just to scare you. Realistically it will take them up to 60 days to really file and try to take you to court . Try to get the money by then. But if not if you leave before the court date it won’t be a eviction just money owed to the property

Always go to court! That’s the biggest thing those judges want to help we just have to show up first and I’m a walking testimony you’ll stay put and if not your going to get something even bigger and better because that’s how God works 🙏🏽 this is a season of trusting God even when we feel like we’re sinking

Hey girl. This is was me 4 days ago. I lost my job and started packing up on sept 30th bc I couldn’t pay rent. I prayed on it, and by the grace of god I was able to get enough funds from family to make rent by the last day of the grace period. I started my new job this Monday, but I was fully prepared to have to live back at home. Trusting the plan is hard but if the lord doesn’t want you there, he will remove you.

This is definitely to scare you! God got you! I’m currently going through this but I actually went through court and have to vacate my apartment by the 17th…I had to surrender my keys and vacate so I won’t have an eviction on my name…BUT I believe god got something bigger and better for me and my son!
