It really isnt about how much youre getting paid. Its literally about just getting the job done. At ANY job youre gonna wanna do it right and with time youre gonna pic up the pase because youre used to things and how it runs. But if you stay slow it just says more about your work ethic. Thats why your pay stays the same. You dont stand out. At least for fast food, if you show that you got really good work ethic its easy to move up and get paid more. Work ethic makes all the decisions moving foward. People don’t understand that.
