The truth is - being a healthier you is a choice. I’ve got anxiety, I’ve got a legit chronic stomach disease, I’ve got trauma, and I run my own business. THIS is why I have such high standards. I come from an alcoholic dad, narcissistic partners, bullied and told to k*ll myself in high school UNTIL I made a DECISION to be better than the pain that life shifted my way. Because life is pain, suffering and struggle - it can also be peace, love and recharging. Most people don’t truly live a quality life because they run from the pain, over indulge in the positive and have no balance in their life. Be the man that can be there emotionally for your kids but also show them that doing hard things leads to better results in life. - @btshredzz
