People online see dark skin and hear an American accent & immediately think there’s no cultural substance to be had there and it’s BONKERS. I do not sell jagua. I use it spiritually & culturally, as intended. The indigenous family who supplies me, they don’t do commercial sales. I actively recommend people stay away from commercially sold jagua. I made an educational video so people don’t fall for the dangerous, chemical heavy “black henna” scam & somehow, people are losing their shit in my comments about me using a plant as it was intended to be used. But I can’t take it seriously when people who love using AI are trying to teach me anything at all. Not when AI accelerates climate change, which is the ONLY major global threat that could lead to the extinction of the genipa plant, which jagua is made from, anytime soon. If you think you have the right to determine what a stranger on the internet does because you see their skin & assume they can’t possibly have any esoteric knowledge…may I suggest you take it to the altar? Or a journal? Or a therapist? Because you sound foolish arguing in my comments then talking to AI about it instead of talking to God. If you don’t pray, I’ll pray for you sister.
