I know some electricity providers have EV plans to make your homes electric rates cheaper at night. That’s what I do and save even more money by doing that

Yeah I didn’t know either until I got my EV. I also didn’t know frequent DCFC cycles reduced battery health.

Pay an electrician $250 to hardwire a charger. If you (or if you’re married and your husband) have ever wired even a basic home outlet or light switch, it’s that easy…. 14-50 outlets are fine, but most issues come from the outlet. The only 14-50 I would ever use is a Hubbell brand.
