No one wants to hire someone who recites a script in a job interview.   An interview is a set of questions about you, and no one knows you better than YOU.   The reason you’re doing this is because you don’t trust yourself and you think that there are “perfect interview answers”   1️⃣ You need to practice and prepare and trust that you can talk about yourself.
