amba sauce was brought into israel but Indian jews. its an Indian sauce with no connection to arabs. so the guy that owns that shawarma places is israeli not palestinian. same with the kanafa place. they may not like it but they have israeli passports.

The Upper Galilee is a region in Israel close to the Lebanese border. There is a small Jewish majority, with the other minorities being a mix of Arab, Druze, Bedouin and Christian. Why are you calling it Palestinian wine?? This is bizarre revisionism.
