It’s funny i come from golf WAY before golf was cool. If someone says the putt is good and you miss it it’s missed. Pick the ball up and keep on pushin… covid golfers will hate 🤷♂

You can’t hit practice putts after you finish the hole, that’s why it counts, once conceded you pick up and move on. But if it’s just a friendly match who cares, but in an actual match you can’t hit the “practice putt” it counts

nope. putt was conceded. now if he misses, it's definitely knowledge you can use to decide whether or not to give future putts of that distance. Once I missed a 2 footer after being given the all good sign on 3rd hole. zero putts were given the rest of the round
