Shani’s Dorito Salad Ingredients • 1 bag shredded or chopped lettuce • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained • 1 can ranch-style beans, drained • 1 ½ bunches green onions, chopped • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded • 1 lb ground hamburger meat, seasoned and cooked • 1 cup diced tomatoes (your preferred type) • 1 regular-size bag Doritos (Nacho Cheese or your favorite flavor), crushed • Catalina dressing — start with about ½ of a 24-oz bottle (or one smaller bottle) and adjust to taste Directions 1. In a large bowl, add lettuce first. 2. Add the cooked seasoned hamburger meat on top. 3. Add corn, ranch-style beans, tomatoes, green onions, and cheddar cheese. 4. Toss gently to combine. 5. Add crushed Doritos right before serving so they stay crunchy. 6. Pour Catalina dressing over the top and mix until coated to your liking.
