@herptime: Introducing the smallest anole species I now keep: Anolis isolepis, commonly known as the dwarf green anole. And what better way to show them off than by tong feeding them some vitabugs from Timberline! These individuals came captive bred from Europe, but the species is originally native to Cuba. A true dwarf, only getting about 3 inches long, with strangely disproportionately large bobbleheads. They come from both high and low elevation, so can tolerate a wide range of temperatures. And as you can see, they love their insects, but other keepers have had great success feeding them premixed gecko diets… which I’ll try next! Such a fun species to add to the collection and I’m sure their popularity will only surge because this is a truly tiny anole with a giant personality! One of my new favorites!
