Also, Trump can’t remove property taxes. Other states have tried and failed.. property taxes are what pay for your schools your roads your local government utilities. This would only help those millionaires with 100 K 200 K 1, million in taxes while the everyday people will be paying more because sales tax will go up.

Although I agree with all of these moves. Most of his tax moves only help millionaires. Changes in deductions does not affect 90% of people since most people only use the standard deduction only. So yes it sounds nice but it doesn’t help us.

There was no cap before Trump. He set the 10k cap during his first term and increased it to 40k during his second term.

Property taxes make the most sense for benefits that are geographically located. We should never stop paying property taxes unless we live in unincorporated areas.

Property taxes is fine, just need people to hold local county accountable. Income tax at an level should be abolished. Failing SS withholding should be removed and replaced by mandatory 10% of your check having to be placed into employer 401K or privately chosen 401K (any retirement variable)

@Ryan Pineda , @Karlton Dennis, Taxes pay for the services that benefit everyone and while some states suck at balancing it, it’s a necessity. You abuse a broken system to your benefit and call it knowledge. Yet your abuse co-signs the continuance of poverty and need for charity.
