@gabbylgeorge: Don’t get me wrong, I love my routine and it keeps me grounded. But some days, I’m not not able to give 100%, and we’re wired to think that makes us a failure, but we’re not. If my energy shifts, if I move differently, or if I don’t move at all one day…does that really make me unproductive? Or is that just what we’ve been told?
