I’m glad you brought up willpower. The first thing I learned in addiction recovery was that trying to break a habit through willpower alone will NEVER work. It’s so commonly pushed that willpower as all you need to form or break habits but it’s a complete lie. You need to create a system that will help you build better habits and create a life worth living. I love this video. Thank you so much for this :)
