@aelencooks: 3 Roma tomatoes 1/3 onion 3 garlic cloves 1 tbsp chicken bouillon 1 tbsp tomato bouillon 1/2 tbsp salt (or to taste) A pinch of cumin 2 C rice 3 1/2 C water 1. In a medium deep pan, add in your oil & 2 C of rice. Cook your rice in the oil until it turns a nice golden color 2. In a blender, add your tomatoes, onion, garlic, seasonings, & 1 c water. Blend. 3. Strain your tomato sauce into pan, (this is completely optional) + add in 2 1/2 c water. Bring to a boil & cover. Let it cook for 15-20 mins, (do not open!) 4. Remove from heat.
