@hhh9936: This is the case 92% of the time and the other 8% of the time the med WAS ready and the patient ignored the text/calls for over a week so we returned it to stock. Our system CANNOT send ready texts unless the medication is ready. It’s impossible. So the next time you complain that you got a text and the med wasn’t ready try READING the entire message 🫩 #pharmacy #literacymatters EDIT: most of these customers are NOT elderly!!! 50% of my elderly (70 yo+) patients won’t even give us a cell and make us call their landline
