Nebulizer yes for times when it’s bad but u should get a humidifier to use every night in her room, I have one, changed my breathing and quality of sleep for the better

My son used to get croup all the time. I gave him Mullen leaf and elderberry tea everyday. It was the season change that trigger his allergies and his allergies cause him to have croup. Then the croup would cause him to have an asthma attack.
