I would say that no raises over time seems to signify something greater at Amazon which is they do not see the value in their employees and, therefore, don’t empower their employees. Employees don’t feel a sense of ownership in what they do making them feel like they don’t matter which makes it easier for them to leave. It seems like a culture problem.

i believe companies like Amazon, google, Microsoft, Walmart etc, should all be nationalized. profit incentives should be removed when the company is so big and important that its "too big to fail"

The people doing it in nyc amaze me. It’s a grueling job throughout the year. It’s like a postal worker but carrying way heavier stuff, more of it, and without a union.
