@jennifersaviano_author: KDP f*ckery update. They were supposed to reach out to me today but never did so I called them. After speaking with several supervisors, they've requested another 48 hours to figure their shit out and let me know how we're going to proceed with replacement of this order. They vaguely admitted it is their manufacturing error, and that all of the books were printed from the same location. I told them if this happens again, I will be demanding another replacement so maybe fix your machine or have my books printed at another location because I will not be settling for fucked up copies when it's evident the fault does NOT lie within my files but your manufacturing.
