You didn’t put the steamer directly on the shirt, is that the correct way to use it? All the other videos show it almost being used as a an iron and I wasn’t sure if that was just to upsell it.

I have that same steamer for travel because it works on all voltages so it will work in the US and Europe! Also, I like to hang up the shirt and pull it tight so there is some tension and then put the steamer directly on the fabric. It works WAY better and gets rid of the wrinkles immediately! The purple steamer head also turns horizontally instead of vertically which makes it easier to cover the surface area of the shirt. I hope this helps!!
