These are great tips. Getting up and doing something you normally would enjoy is one of the best ways to help get out of a depressive state. Schedule it if you have to. Create a routine and make plans that you are likely not going to cancel.

ok so with number 1 i can tottally feel her like that for example i would buy some snacks that i liked like chobani crackers apple juice alanis and more and i started packing my lunch and picking out my outfit the night before and with the hobby i play vb and it used to be so draining but i got up and i pushed myself and started doing beach vb and it just got less draining THIS TIPS HELPP
