@crystalxlara: Cooking hack to Perfectly cooked chicken every time #gourmetcooking #EasyRecipe #homemadefood #cooking #chicken Ingredients: - 2lbs chicken breast - Seasonings of choice: paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper - 1/4c of Greek yogurt or mayo - 1tb of baking soda - 1tb olive oil Directions: 1. Thaw your chicken breast and prep. If it is too thick, tenderize it with the meat, hammer, or slice, and half carefully to thin out. 2. Mix your preferred seasonings, Greek yogurt or mayo, baking soda in a large bowl, and let’s sit for at least 20 minutes. 3. Cook in nonstick pan, with olive oil on medium high heat . Cook one side for 3 minutes, flip and repeat. Making sure temperature reaches 165° internally. This cooking time has worked for me every single time. 4. IMPORTANT: let chicken breast for at least 10 to 15 minutes before slicing into. When you cut into cooked meat too soon, it’s tightens the meat back up and releases its juices. 5. Serve and enjoy or slice and prep for your meals. Now you don’t have any reason to not cook at home.
