@teineuli_: First day of PUREE stage 🎉 no more liquids! Honestly, the liquid stage was rough (broth overload 😅) but it taught me discipline and already I feel lighter, more energized, and ready for this next chapter. Puree = soft, blended, protein-first foods like scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, and pureed chicken 🥄. Today I started with scrambled eggs + blended tuna w/ Greek yogurt, keeping it moist + eating slooow has been my biggest tip 🙌🏾. i had severe gastroparesis which is a paralyzed stomach. so that’s why i had the surgery buuut. everything before surgery had to be that baby food consistency. i’ll drop some of my fave quick recipes under this comment.
